A Convenient Care Plus membership removes the financial burden of high healthcare costs for individuals, families, and employers. With options for almost any budget, there is an option to meet the needs of your situation — including plans that offer up to $150 towards an office visit and lower-fee plans with unlimited 24/7/365 telehealth access.
Convenient Care Plus (CCP) provides a solution that allows people to seek healthcare when they need it, not when they can afford it. CCP is not health insurance, but a healthcare membership that provides affordable access to basic healthcare to anyone, insured or uninsured. There are no waiting periods and you will not be denied for pre-existing conditions.
- On-site visits: a national Urgent Care Center partner network puts you back in control of the "where" and the "when".
- Telehealth: unlimited access to telehealth services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

This plan is NOT insurance and is not intended to replace health insurance. This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. The plan is not available in all states. The discount plan organization is Convenient Care Plus, 17445 Arbor Street, Suite 300, Omaha, NE 68130. This plan is not available where prohibited by law. Convenient Care Plus has no liability for providing or guaranteeing the medical services or for the quality of the services provided. The plan is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Membership. The discount program contains a 30-day cancellation period. The member may return the program within thirty days of its delivery and have all costs of the plan, excluding a nominal process fee where allowed by law, refunded if the purchaser is not satisfied with it for any reason. The plan does not make payments directly to providers, and the range of discounts for medical services offered under the plan varies depending on the type of provider.
