Dale Campbell
Dale Campbell is the founder of ClearSales.ca and ClearBenefits.ca Inc. Canada. With more than 40 years of experience in sales, insurance, benefits, product development, broker distribution, and entrepreneurship, Dale brings practical real-world experience to the training and consulting work delivered through ClearSales.ca.
- Began his financial services career in 1987, training as both a stockbroker and insurance broker
- Founded his first insurance sales agency in 1992, later built and acquired additional agencies
- Launched a group benefits brokerage in 2003 and a pooled group benefits program in 2007
- Launched ClearBenefits.ca in 2020 — an online platform that simplifies quoting, underwriting, and delivering group benefits solutions for employers, employees, advisors, and brokers
Through this experience, Dale has worked directly with the realities faced by advisors, brokers, agencies, and business owners: prospecting, positioning value, building trust, handling objections, managing distribution, supporting implementation, and growing sales teams.

Long before building training programs, Dale earned his living in sales — and has spent more than 40 years as a consistent top performer across insurance, benefits, and business development. The methods taught through ClearSales.ca are not theory borrowed from a textbook; they are the same approaches Dale has used in real client conversations, year after year, in good markets and hard ones.
That track record is the foundation of how he coaches today: prospecting, discovery, follow-up, and closing taught by someone who has done the work, not just studied it.
Dale's career has also been shaped by personal resilience. Having faced and come back from his own health challenges, he understands first-hand how mindset, discipline, and consistency carry a person through the seasons when performance is hardest to sustain — and brings that perspective to the people he now coaches.
